JOB FUNCTION

Crew Liaisons will work with the Aviation Safety/FOQA Manager to provide field support of LAMP/FOQA.  Job duties include reviewing and validating flight data, identifying trends, determining the necessity for "crew contacts" and performing "crew contacts."  In addition, the Liaison is responsible for advising the Aviation Safety/FOQA Manager on a multitude of FDM and standardization issues.  The Liaison will function as the "Gatekeeper" of identifiable information within flight data. As such, Crew Liaisons are required to sign a formal Confidentiality Agreement.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: 

• Current & Qualified Line Pilot
• Minimum of 5 years PHI experience required
• Based on specific LAMP/FOQA needs, preference will be given to current and qualified AS-350 pilots
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Due to the nature of the position a phone/video interview with the Aviation Safety/FOQA Manager and members of the LAMP Management Oversight Group will be required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Function as a primary interface between Line Pilots, Aviation Safety, and LAMP/FOQA personnel
• Conducting non-punitive Crew Contacts in accordance with LAMP/FOQA protocols
• Function as a pilot advocate and LAMP/FOQA Core Team Member

SALARY: 

• Monthly $500 bonus
