JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for daily operations of the assigned base locations ensuring safe, efficient and fiscally responsible operations. Supervises Base Medical Supervisors and has oversight of medical staff performance appraisals. Works with Program Director, Medical Director(s), Manager Clinical Services, Manager Clinical Outreach Education, Maintenance Manager, Base Medical Supervisors and Aviation Management to develop and monitor a continuous improvement process for all assigned operation.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prefer BS in business management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Air Medical transport experience strongly preferred
• Must be computer literate: familiar with MS or similar applications (Office, Project etc)
• Five years operational management/supervisory experience, preferably in the air medial/aviation industry.
