JOB SUMMARY

  • Gather and analyze user requirements and business process.
  • Design computer reports to meet business objectives and requirements
  • Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and modify computer programs.
  • Develop and conduct test plans for unit and system testing.
  • Consult on complex projects and function as a high level contributor.
  • Create user documentation and training materials.
  • Perform system administration and maintenance including configurations and security management.
  • Provide end-user technical support and perform system troubleshooting.
  • Provide end-user training and assist in technical writing of procedures and processes.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports for both internal and external users.
  • Develop system functional specifications based on user requirements and business needs.
  • Develop and execute system functional test plans.
  • Develop system procedures as required.
  • Structure, report, and maintain a data set consisting of contractual landmarks to ensure compliance.
  • Filter and 'clean' data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and report on trends.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-5 years of computer analysis/programming work experience
  • Good written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as a team member and should be experienced in the following:

*        Business processes

*        Chart business process flows and flow-charting software.

*        Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), MS Project, Visio

  • Note: PHI experience may be considered as an alternative to college education requirements.
